As each product is uniquely crafted by skilled artisans, we hold a commitment to your satisfaction and aim to make returns, exchanges, and cancellations simple and respectful of this heritage.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery. We warmly apologize for any inconvenience caused and will gladly arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping charges. To help us serve you quickly, photographic evidence of the issue may be requested.

Return Process:
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Pack the item carefully with original tags, accessories, and packaging.
  • Ensure the return authorization number (RA) provided by us is clearly marked.
  • Use a trackable shipping method to send the item back as instructed by our customer care team.
  • On receipt and inspection, we will confirm your return within 5-7 business days.

Refunds:
Approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 10 business days after the return is confirmed. The refund amount will reflect the product value minus any non-refundable shipping or customs duties (where applicable). Depending on your payment provider, there may be some delay before the funds appear in your account.

Replacements:
For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, replacements will be shipped at no cost, subject to availability. If a replacement is not possible due to stock limitations, a full refund will be issued.

Order Cancellations:

  • You may cancel your order before it has been processed and shipped by informing our support team promptly.
  • Cancellation requests after dispatch cannot be accepted; however, the item may be returned following our return guidelines.
  • Customized or personalized orders cannot be canceled once production begins. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel such orders; we will do our best to assist but cannot guarantee a refund.

Customer Responsibilities:

  • On receiving your purchase, please inspect promptly for any defects and handle all artisan products with care.
  • Provide accurate shipping and contact details at order placement to avoid delivery issues.
  • Pack returns securely, preferably in original packaging with all accompanying elements.

International Orders:

  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees paid during delivery are non-refundable by Miharu.
  • Customers are responsible for international return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or product defect.
  • Use trackable methods for international returns to ensure safe delivery.

Dispute Resolution:
Miharu prioritizes fair and timely resolution of any concerns:

  • Please contact customer support to address issues directly with us first.
  • If unresolved, parties may opt for mediation or consensual arbitration in India, with proceedings in English.
  • Binding arbitration decisions are final and may be enforceable by law.
  • Individual claims can also be addressed in small claims courts where applicable.
  • All dispute proceedings will be conducted individually, not as a class action.
